"Felt a bit misled by the slow support"
I placed my order thinking I’d be able to get a quick update if anything came up, but when I had a question about the tracking, it took way longer than expected to hear back. I sent two messages and didn’t get much more than a short reply a few days later, which made me feel a little misled about how easy the process would be.
The item did arrive and it was fine, so I can’t say the whole experience was terrible. But the lack of clear communication made it more stressful than it needed to be, and I really wish they had been more upfront and quicker with customer service.

"So relieved my order came faster than expected"
I ordered from shopyahaira.com for the first time and was a little unsure how shipping would go, but it was way faster than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up with no issues at all. Definitely a relief after giving it a try, and I’d order again.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered from Yahaira and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is really good, the material feels nice and not cheap at all. It also looks just like the photos, which isn’t always the case when ordering online. Overall, I’m happy with my order and feel like it was worth it...

I really liked the look of the site. It feels clean without having too much going on, and the colors and photos make it really cute and easy to look around. I found everything simple to browse, which I always appreciate. I only checked it out for the style and layout, but my first impression was really good

"Fit Just Like I Hoped"
I went with my normal size and it fit about exactly how I expected. It wasn’t too tight, and the length worked well for me too. I was a little nervous ordering online without trying it on first, but it ended up being a good choice. I’d definitely buy from them again, though I’d still recommend checking the size chart before ordering

I somehow ordered the wrong size. Totally my fault. I was already thinking, great, this is going to be a hassle. But I messaged customer service and they got back to me quickly. Just told me the steps, nothing confusing. Sent it back, waited a bit, and the right size showed up. No back-and-forth, no drama. way easier than I expected

"Checkout worked, but could’ve been smoother"
The site was easy to browse, so it’s not even about that. The main thing for me was the checkout felt a little slow, and a couple pages loaded strangely on my phone. I ended up double-checking my info twice just to be safe. My order did go through in the end, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I expected...
